Nicholas Sayles

As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Gentle Hearts Living Solutions, I lead a nurse-owned and operated senior placement and referral agency that serves the greater Phoenix and surrounding areas. With over 10 years of nursing experience, I have a strong background in healthcare leadership, emergency medicine, and hospice services. I am also a licensed realtor which enables me to provide comprehensive and compassionate solutions for seniors and their families.

I am passionate about improving the quality of life and care for older adults, especially those with dementia and other cognitive impairments. I have participated in a dementia education video project that received a special recognition award and helped educate first responders, police, and caregivers on how to assist people with dementia. I have also implemented electronic medical record (EMR) systems for hospice organizations, enhancing their efficiency and accuracy. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to create a positive impact in the senior living industry.
