Kimberly Holmes

I live just south of Nashville, TN with my husband and two beautiful children whom we brought home from India in 2019. I am the CEO of a relationship education company called Marriage Helper, where our mission is to support, save, and strengthen marriages to last a lifetime. In the past 10 years, we have served over 25,000 clients and have over a 70% success rate at saving marriages.

I am a speaker, podcast host, and content creator for marriages and relationships as well as in the health and fitness space. My doctoral degree is in Psychology, and for my dissertation I am studying the effect of goal progress on self-rated self-esteem and body esteem following a four-week self-concordant goal progression analysis.

In my free time, I enjoy working out, eating, and traveling with my family.
