Keith R. Galbut is the Founder and President of ADVOCATE – Residential Construction Advisors, a leading residential construction advisory and owners’ representation firm. He also leads Galbut Beabeau’s corporate, construction, real estate, and outside general counsel practices.

Keith has extensive legal experience in corporate and real estate transactions, including matters of corporate formation and governance and the negotiation of commercial contracts, construction agreements, employment agreements, license agreements, leases, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses. Through ADVOCATE – Residential Construction Advisors, he represents his clients’ interests throughout the luxury and ultra-luxury home building process with a team that offers extensive experience in all aspects of residential construction and renovation, and project management.

Keith’s passions are family, international travel, community organizations, residential construction and architecture, and making a positive impact on his community through community leadership. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Advance Guatemala a Trustee on the Scottsdale Arts Board of Trustees an Emeritus Director of the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Committee of Foreign Relations, Esperança, and the Banner Health Foundation and a Member of the prestigious Greater Phoenix Leadership organization.
A community leader in business globalization, Keith taught as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Law at the Thunderbird School of Global Management for 10+ years and as Chairman and President of the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations. He was honored by Global Chamber as “Global Business Service Provider of the Year” and with the “PCFR Visionary Award” by the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations.
