Carl
Charlie Hushek is the General Manager at Phoenix Heat Treating, a multigeneration metals processing company serving several industries including but not limited to aerospace, defense, mining, medical, energy, and firearms.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Charlie returned to the valley of the sun after graduating from Colorado State University, with a degree in construction management. After a short stink in construction, he joined Phoenix Heat Treating in 2017. He wore many hats within the company before assuming the role of GM in 2020.
In 2022 Charlie was recognized by Heat Treat Today as a member of the 40 under 40 class. Innovation, digitalization, and culture are a few of the areas Charlie is passionate about. When not at work Charlie is the proud husband to Alexandra and father to Wesley.
